Mike is great to work. He responded to all my questions very quickly and made sure I was good to close well before settlement date. He offered me a rate lock which allowed me to cap my interest rate with an option to float it down if rates dropped. Right before settlement he called and let me know that he was able to drop my rate by about half a percent. I highly recommend working with him.
This is the second time we’ve gone through Mike for our mortgage and we will never use anyone else. Mike is incredibly knowledgable but also personable, and makes complicated information easy to digest. He’s super available and always just a text message away with all our questions. We went through the entire buying process with confidence that we had solid information and we’re working with someone who had our best interest in mind.
