Dr. Braxton has taken great care of me. He listens, is patient and offers treatment which works. Dr. Vu is also very kind and gives the treatment. Amber, his nurse has much improved and was very pleasant today. No one forces you to Dr. Braxton, if you don't like waiting for an appointment then go elsewhere.
Please do not come to this doctor. Nurse Amber is a disgrace to patient care. Unkind is the nicest way I can describe this place. The only good thing is the receptionist up front. Always very sweet and polite. However Michael Braxton and Amber have to be the worst duo I have ever encountered. “Once you have a bad back their isn’t much to do” This was an extremely disheartening experience and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone who is struggling with horrible pain. I had an appointment scheduled for today and received a call from one of Dr. Michael Braxton’s staff. She said he reviewed my chart and was unable to see me because I was being treated for pain management under another doctor, which is untrue. I was recommended to him bc I’m experiencing back , spine and tailbone pain for several weeks and want Dr. Braxton to examine and do X-rays or an Mri to determine the cause. Dr. Braxton has been treating my back for over 3 years. He listens to what you have to say, he tells you all the facts.. The whole office is just as sweet as they can be! Love them all GOD BLESS EACH OF YOU...
