I had an appointment scheduled for today and received a call from one of Dr. Michael Braxton’s staff. She said he reviewed my chart and was unable to see me because I was being treated for pain management under another doctor, which is untrue. I was recommended to him bc I’m experiencing back , spine and tailbone pain for several weeks and want Dr. Braxton to examine and do X-rays or an Mri to determine the cause. Dr. Braxton has been treating my back for over 3 years. He listens to what you have to say, he tells you all the facts.. The whole office is just as sweet as they can be! Love them all GOD BLESS EACH OF YOU...

Dr. Braxton was professional and very helpful but nurse Amber has to be one of the rudest nurses I have ever met. Her tone on the phone and in person to my wife and myself should not be tolerated. If this is the way she treats the doctors patients then she needs to find another profession.
