My Prognosis is Severe Epithelial Dysplasia with foci suspicious for microinvasion. If Dr. Michael Banch had done his job correctly, the last part of this prognosis, microinvasion, might not be included. I saw Dr Branch July 17, 2025, when he dismissed the painful spot under my tongue as what he had seen numerous times as dry mouth usually caused by medications and how one slept.
