I think Dr Bowers is a good Doctor in meeting with him, however he has failed to refill 2 prescriptions twice ( one of these was insulin) and I had to reestablish care elsewhere.
Called a dozen times to get refills on my LIFE SAVING medications. Waited a week, called continuously, nobody from your office called me. Not one call, text, or message. I had to go to the ER and I am forwarding you the bill you asshat.

The best care I've ever received was from Dr Bowers & Melissa. They make an amazing team, truly caring about their patients in a way I've never known before. I'm a hot mess inside and out, but their support, understanding, and guidance was amazing to receive. The hardest part about moving from Rock Springs was saying good-bye to the people that have me hope about my medical issues, but I left with the knowledge that there ARE still great doctors out there & I won't settle for anything less ever again.
