After installing a new bathroom faucet, I realized that the plumbing underneath, which was original to the house, wasn't holding up. I found Mr. Bourque through a search and was happily rewarded. He was thorough, professional, and a very pleasant person. I am impressed with his work and his knowledge. Will use again should a need arise.

I called Michael on July 11 to have him fix two minor plumbing problems at our Sanford rental; he installed a water heater for us last winter and did a good job. We agreed for him to come on Wednesday. Tuesday night, he asked to reschedule due to a family emergency. We agreed to meet at 8:30 on Thursday. I showed up at 8:32. Michael was annoyed and put off. Can't say enough good things aboutMr. bourque's preparedness, professionalism, and responsiveness. Would happily use him again and highly recommend after he just replaced my bladder tank and accessories. He was the only one of four plumbers that even responded. So glad he did.
