I have been trying to get a hold of someone there at the numer that is on the policy and website and every single time I call someone picks up and the hangs up , there's not an email on the policy. please let me know how to get a hold of you.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been with them for over 25 years and then they drop me! They are SO disloyal!!!!! Do NOT go with this insurance or this agent they ABSOLUTELY SUCK! They don't fight for you or anything please DO NOT pick State Farm or Michael Bott, i wasted 26 years worth of time and money on them! They said they dropped me because I used the glass coverage and then I had 2 accidents in the same month, both which were not my fault and one was a tiny fender bender in the parking lot of Walmart. ... read more
