I was running a little late and tried to call the office to let them know. I was on hold for 10 minutes and the machine said I would be on hold for another 20 minutes so I hung up because I would be at the office within that time. When I got to the office, I was 15 minutes late, which is the grace period. They were helping someone in front of me so by the time they got to me, I was already 20 minutes late.
