Underwent a septo-rhinoplasty. It was a dual case where Dr. Bergstein performed the septoplasty and another plastic surgeon did the rhinoplasty. Dr. Bergstein is very punctual, direct and to the point. He showed up to the early AM surgery looking very refreshed and ready to go. Recovery was easy and the results have been amazing. One of my nostrils was almost always more restrictive then the other. I now breathe better, I sleep better and I notice less mouth breathing in my sleep.
Dr Bergstein is a doctor that you should avoid and don't think about using him. I recently had an appointment and he was very condensing and didn't value my time or questions. Furthermore both him and his office lack in follow up which adds up to a ZERO in patient care my opinion. My advice is to do your research and find a doctor that truly cares about his patients and their well being. This is unfortunate as how reviews and credentials were positive. Simlpy put he thing he is a GOD from my experience.
Dr Bergstein fixed a collapsed value in my nose. Whole process was wonderful and breathing better than ever. Great doctor and would highly recommend him.
That time your son broke his nose while vacationing in the Greek Islands… came home and having it surgically reset.. I am posting this only to tell you all what an AMAZING doctor Michael Bergstein in Yorktown Heights is. Absolutely amazing!! If you need an ENT.. for any reason.. this mom wouldnt go anywhere else!! Zachary is well and in recovery and mom got through it all just fine.. and it is due to the incredible care and bedside manner of Dr. Bergstein and his entire staff.
My daughter Lea sees Dr B and absolutely loves him. She’s comfortable and very confident in his work
