they are unprofessional. They lie and asked me if I want the number of the insurance co. across the street. No I do not. I want state farm as I have been with them for 30 years.

I've been with them for 19 years and in the past 2 years the service has dramatically dropped. They are condescending, unprofessional and crass. My rates kept increasing without any claims or changes and when I tried to reevaluate my policy I was met with frustration and attitude from these two agents, Tina and Dianne. I was told that I was not an insurance agent like them and therefore they knew best with regard to the amount of coverage I needed, regardless if it was necessary or not. I have been with State Farm for 13 to 14 years and had always been very pleased. Since last year, Jacqueline Ortiz, the person who handles my account of three vehicles has been careless in her service and has caused frequent headaches and she never apologizes. One time she even told me to look around at are other insurance providers nearby--clearly uninterested in keeping my business.

Just wanted to take the time to express my gratitude to this insurance agency. I have been a client for over 10+years. Over the years i have financed several cars with them, they also have my homeowners and auto policy. Cant say enough about the staff, Gail, Tina, Alyssa you are always available and more than willing to help.
