CHANGED my life July 20, 2010. Forever grateful for Dr. Micheal Beckley and his surgical team. I had maxillofacial surgery a month after graduating high school. There are no patient rights at this dentist office - be aware. I had a titanium implant placed by Dr Beckley in August 2021. It fell out a week ago and my dentist took an XRay to confirm that a third of the titanium plate at my gum line is not longer there. I sent a copy of the XRay to Dr Beckley's office by email as I live over two hours away. The office manager - Olivia insisted that I come into the Livermore office to get a 3D XRay. My husband and I both got work done here in the last year. Doctor Beckley is nice and professional but his front staff at both locations are not on the same page and very disorganized. They take your full payment including the estimated insurance coverage up front and then after your procedure is completed you need to follow up for a check of the insurance difference which takes another month. I already knew Dr Beckley was a trustworthy expert with whom my daughter had a phenomenally easy experience for her wisdom teeth removal, so today I went in for a second opinion after being referred by my dentist for an implant. Dr. Beckley evaluated my asymptomatic tooth and xray, and suggested the "wait and see" approach as he prefers to "treat patients not X-rays" and recommended I wait this current crown out as long as possible before jumping to an implant, as an implant may not outlive me.
