Dr. Becker replaced both of my knees --3 weeks apart. Eleven years later I am still playing tennis and pickleball and having a very active life. He was wonderful--I had no pain. I followed all of his advice and did all the recommended PT. When my best friend had her first knee done, I took her to the appointment. He pulled out my before and after X-rays to show her exactly what he would be doing. He is the best!!
Did both knees and completely satisfied.
Full knee replacement a month ago. Dr. Becker - absolute perfection!!!
Had knee replacement surgery seven weeks ago and still am in considerable pain. Request for a different pain med was ignored. Appointment after surgery was with a minion, not Becker. It took the office three days to respond to a message I left. This was serious surgery and I should think he would have shown more interest. The general attitude is assembly-line, cookie cutter, one size fits all. No concern for individual patients and their needs. Definitely would not recommend him to anyone.
I had a total knee replacement 2 years ago (June 16). I felt something was not quite right with my knee after numerous physical therapy visits. I went back a few times to see him telling him my knee was not getting bette. I sat in a chair in the treatment room. He came in, looked at the xray that had been taken. Never manipulated my knee or had me walk to see if there was a problem. Saying it took time. Since then I've had a 2nd opinion and revision because my kneewas unstable.
Dr. Becker was fabulous. He is receptive, down-to-earth, an excellent listener, and a nice guy. He is brilliant and extraordinarily talented. I had double knee replacements one month apart, and I trusted and relied on him 150%! At 65, I'm a new woman thanks to Michael Becker.
replaced both knees. everything went perfectly. I could start a fan club for this guy he's that great. and it's so nice to be out of pain. he gets that. as I had already had both hips replaced I was fearful of having my knees replaced and he really calmed me down and made it much easier for me.
