Dr. Bates is very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to talk with my son about his activities he enjoys and not just the doctor visit. He cares and it shows.
Dr. Bates was very friendly. He even remembered my baby even though we hadn't seen him for a month. He even took the time to see us even though we were almost an hour late due to traffic.
he’s was so rude to me and my son when we went to the hospital i don’t recommend him.
