Dr Basseyn was called in on my Mom’s case at Winthrop as second opinion after first Neuro had no people skills! He was kind, smart, explained all to me, and calmed my fears. He allowed me time to ask any questions and did not leave me wondering. His calm quiet nature was very comforting to me and pointed me in the direction for my Mom’s care!
