I have been going to Phoenix Physical Therapy in Owings Mills, Maryland for a couple months and will continue to get therapy there. Two characteristics of my experience are 1) My therapist Kevin spends about 50 minutes trying to make the areas around my knee pain stronger to reduce the pain. Went to Chris Glover "Phoenix Therapy" for a pulled muscle in lower back, him and his team helped me get my back working in 4 visits, very good people to work with, they list to your complaints and set a routine to fix the problem. If needed will go back

I wanted to thank Melanie and Jenna at the Pottstown location for my speedy recovery. They were so professional, friendly and knowledgeable and made my recovery time enjoyable! Jenna was my therapist and had the perfect regimen of exercises planned out for me. She was patient and encouraging each visit. She made me feel extremely welcome. I have had problems with my left knee joint since late 2023. and I first went to Phoenix early this year to see if strengthening the muscles around the knee might help. It didn't. A benign tumor was causing some of the problems, so this was removed 5/20/24. This was major surgery, and Phoenix worked for four months on it, but pain remained. On 10/2/24 I had arthroscopic surgery to repair the lateral meniscus. This is still (10/14/24) a problem, but Vanessa, Rachel, and Kayla did their best to help. Phoenix Physical Therapy, Sellersville PA is exceptional. They take the time to listen, to clarify, and to explain exercises needed after having a shoulder replacement. The stiffness, pain and limited range of movement in my shoulder was painful when I started therapy. My improvement has been dramatic. Thank you for printing additional strengthening exercises that I can continue at home.

There were only two therapists in this office. One seemed to know what he was doing but the other seemed new and a bit unsure. The actual treatment time was only for just few minutes and then exercises which were easier to do at home. I like having the injured area worked on longer than the Phoenix protocol apparently offers. Having been to quite a few places over the years I found it lacking.
