Quality of his work is outstanding
After conforming my appointment by email, phone call and SMS, it got canceled without even telling me about it. Got rescheduled without my consent. They didn't even bother to ask if I was O.K with the new date and time. No one takes accountability for such a mistreatment, so this medical office is a big NO for me. Never again 😒
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Michael Barrera for the gentle and compassionate care he provided to my son during his treatment for alopecia. I'm not sure how many more chances I need to give this office a chance. This is the 4th time my appt has been canceled..so much for a 3 mth check up. Maybe it's time to move on. Either too many patients or not enough help. You can do better.
