Sorry Michael but my wife and I were not very impressed with your service. Thank you for finally getting this to us but we were partly to blame for it being a very long time. He definately is very busy so be expecting about a 30-60 day wait. His process is very thorough but kind of mechanical if you know what i mean. Told him a story of our past experiences and his only acknowledgement was "No Comment" We felt he was very condescending and not very easy to talk to.
