The mobile pre-check significantly expedited the check-in process. The front desk team, Lynn and Nicole, were prepared upon my arrival, and Lisa, the medical assistant, called me back before I had time to settle into the waiting area. The physician was on time, and because my care team consists entirely of BayCare providers, Dr. Small had full access to my medical history, labs, medication list, and diagnostic records.
