Dr. Michael Small is welcoming, knowledgeable, and thorough. He listens to your concerns, explains in layman's terms what is going on or what needs to happen, and is professional!
Nice staff and Dr Small is amazing! He really took the time to listen and ask questions. Alpha-gal syndrome isn't well known in the medical community. Hence to find someone who doesn't think that I'm crazy, is great. He knows it's real, he understands and wants to know more to help me and others. He was patient and never made me feel uncomfortable. Dr Small is always professional, courteous and compassionate about his care.
When you call the number to become a new patient, the prompts are ridiculous with no option to make an appointment. If that basic option is unavailable, this MD is not worth my time or worthy of my trust.
All the staff and Dr. Small are so friendly! Dr. Small takes the time to listen to what you have to say and doesn’t make you feel like you are just a number.
