From the moment I checked in, I was met with professionalism, caring, and thoroughness. Dr. Small has excellent bedside manner. When it comes to issues with my stomach and digestion, I have complete faith in his skills, knowledge, and expertise!
Tried making an appointment after released from hospital and when you call they refuse to make you an appointment. They try to discourage you like Dr. Small is very busy and I have to wait a long time. The best they could do was to put me on a cancellation schedule. So pretty much I have to wait and be at their mercy.
I just called to schedule a new patient and they tell me that they aren’t taking any patients that have seen a gastroenterologist in the past 2-5 years because it’s considered a second opinion? What? That’s absolutely ridiculous. I’m looking to establish myself with a gastroenterologist after suffering for 2 years and not getting any help from my previous gastro. Kind of strange to turn someone away because they want to switch doctors that haven’t been listening to them.
