Friendly and compassionate staff.
If your loved one needs a neurologist I would look somewhere else. We have made 3 calls to this office with ZERO returned calls. NOTHING. If you don't want to work with patients who take the time to get a referral why not be polite and professional and call back. We don't go around writing reviews and being Karen's either.
Horrible staff.
I went to Dr. Russo instead of the sleep clinic in Kona specifically because he is a neurologist. After my sleep study he was horribly dismissive and told me I have severe obstructive sleep apnea and put me on a CPAP. I tried to discuss it further but he wouldn't explain anything. When I finally received my sleep study results, it did NOT show obstructive sleep apnea.
