As a Real Estate Professional in Sussex County for 14 years I have had only a couple files cross Mr. Meltzer's desk. I have found Mr. Meltzer to be non responsive. It is very difficult to get anything done when the attorney is non responsive. Our mutual customers have cited the same concern.
