Dr. Erwin is ok, front office staff not so much. I do not feel like he really listened to me and there were notes in my visit record of topics we never discussed. He was not very personable but I am looking for quality healthcare, not a friend. Scheduled me for 2 tests, which I agreed with so I think the path of treatment is appropriate. However, when I called the VCS office to reschedule my tests due to a conflict, the appointment person was unprofessional and unhelpful to the point I asked to speak with someone else. Stay away. He was arrogant and does not listen to his patients. He pushes meds with severe side effects instead of getting to the root of the problem. He fails to look into the patient's history and ask the proper questions. When questioned, he becomes arrogant.
