Dr. Bernstein is absolutely brilliant and has treated my husband who has stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer with a level of professionalism and most importantly, empathy, that we have ever experienced with a doctor. I'm so shocked by a previous review who gave him 1 star because she didn't care for an office employee. "Avoid MSK" is one of the most ludicrous and dangerous pieces of advice I've ever read. I called Dr. Michael’s office to schedule an appointment for my father. Dr. Michael had previously treated my mother, we’ve always referred patients to him with confidence. Unfortunately, this recent experience was deeply disappointing. I was transferred multiple times before someone finally picked up her name was Sheri. From the start, her tone was dismissive and unprofessional.
