I like Dr. Bauer. He's former military like myself. Professional and straight up no bs. Staff is outstanding. Had a camera put where I never expected a camera to ever be. It hurt.
Ive been seeing Dr Bauer for many many years for kidneystones and wouldn't want to see anyone else! Great bedside manners and is upfront with you! I never have a issue with being seen fast when i have a flare up! Great dr!
Valdese ER recommended that I follow up with Dr. Bauer the following day. He would not see me and told me to go to my Urologist in Winston. My doctor in Winston is a Urogynocologist, that I didn't see for urology. Never had so many issues trying to schedule an appointment after a direct recommendation from their own affiliate hospital. Ridiculous. I was sceptical about Dr. Bauer after reading his reviews, now it makes sense.
My wife's care has been excellent
DO NOT COME HERE!!! These people have no sympathy. I woke up and left my house 30 minutes to my appointment mind you the office is less than 10 minutes from my house. However, the city decided to do some street cleaning today which made me late. Traffic was a backed up barely moving and it made me 15 minutes late to my appointment and they could not take me in anymore.
