Poor customer service the lady in the front answering the phone kept me on hold for 10 minutes. I walked in to see her doing nothing when I got to the desk she answered the call and I said yea I'm the one that's been on hold for 10m there was no customers
My experience with the eyeglasses department has been outstanding.The selection of frames are current and fashionable. I highly recommend working with the Dispensing Optician Argie. Her professionalism and eye for style is a skill I trust. Dr. Aucello is lucky to have her.
We made an appointment a month ahead so that my daughter can see an optometrist when she was visiting us during her winter break. They canceled the appointment on us the day before because we couldn't get back to them on the same day!
