Made me feel at ease and took time to explain everything
I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Gillespie. He was very personable and made me feel completely at ease. I felt genuinely heard, and he took the time to address all of my questions thoroughly. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen right on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I left feeling well cared for. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive doctor.
The doctor seemed kind and explained what the procedure would be like. The surgeon coordinator never called to schedule an appointment. I've called several times, left voice messages, and spoke to other staff members who assured me Laquita would be returning my calls. It's been 4 months and Laquita has not gotten in contact with me.
