We recently had a wonderful evening and incredible meal served by the most personable Michael and his lovely wife Karen. The menu was exquisite. Each course presented reflected the professionalism and passion that Michael injects into the making of an evening to remember.

Michael Anthony is a fun and energetic chef who makes delicious creations! Some of the dishes I’ve had prepared by Michael were: Charred Beef Carpaccio (with shaved Locatelli cheese, pomegranate molasses, & white truffle oil), Butter Broth Lobster Chilled Salad (dressed with ginger & sesame), Pan Roasted Basil Garlic Shrimp (tossed into angel hair pasta, with olive oil & lemon) all of which were absolutely amazing!
