Left my engagement ring to be resized down one size with no other issues. My mom picked it up and the diamond is rattling in the prongs now and loose. Not to mention the whispering behind my back about if the diamond was natural or lab grown. Incredibly unprofessional.
I bought my first piece of jewelry for my girlfriend in 1980 from Eleanor then onto all my jewelry from the Willowbrook Mall ,, then as they moved to Caldwell, we continue to use them, including my girlfriend turned into my wife’s wedding band and now my son just bought his girlfriend a wedding ban from Eleanor as well. Full circle from 1980 to 2025…. still great service and great prices. !
The best place. Lisa, Ramona, Elena were so helpful and guided me on the right pieces.
Amazing people working there. I just love every one of them- fast service, honest people and price good compared to others. They attend to me right away and if they’re busy with a lot of customers- they acknowledge me and tells me they’ll be right with me.
