I appreciate the time the doctor spent with me. He listened to what I had to say and genuinely cared about how I felt. My one concerned making appointments. First I came home and realized the appointment card showed my appointment was on a Thursday and the date didn't match. I had to call and confirm, where as that office worker put the wrong date and time on the card. My second visit when I received the confirmation I had to call to confirm as my card stated 10 am and the e-mail stated 9:30. I understand human error but may... read more
