My husband and I had just gotten married and we were on our honeymoon when we first discovered Eggplant Parmesan! When the owner of the restaurant realized that we were newly weds he asked us to let him prepare a special meal for us. We agreed to put our palate in his hands. This is a production facility. I don’t believe they sell their products directly or have a store. Maybe someone else can verify this. I had a delivery of fresh beef. I arrived at 7AM it smelled wonderful. Ironically, I like the eggplant parmigiana.
I went to my local grocery store in search of marinara recently. I am not a cultured individual. Not even a little. My method of selecting a sauce was to unceremoniously grab a jar off the shelf, hold it up to the light, and tilt it back and forth. I ended up choosing Michael Angelo's product - Nonna's SECRET MARINARA - using the process described above. Bad company, don't go here, you'll wait a long time to unload. Luckily, I don't have a Pointman who doesn't charge 10 for unloading either. The rating is just out of place.
You can pretty much count on taking a 10 hour break here. This will be the 3rd time I've loaded here. 1st time was 8.5 hours, 2nd was 7.5. I know there's no 3rd time's the charm here. It is what it is... Only enough room to park 4 trucks in the driveway. Otherwise you have to park in the street. They only load one or two trucks at a time. The drive around the building is absolutely horrible. You need to be in your lowest gear in a couple spots. If you run Elogs, I'd say to stay away from this place.
