His report and recommendations were thorough and detailed. He made sound suggestions for remediation and offered to help us through the process. I highly recommend using Michael Angelo Masonry & Stucco Inspection. Michael did a very thorough job inspecting our stucco home and he produced a very comprehensive, detailed report. Michael was brought in to a stucco situation as a second opinion. With a very quick settlement date he was unable to perform the initial stucco inspection, but carved out time to review the findings with us and took the time to carefully explain the report and weigh in with his expertise. Michael's knowledge and cool & calm demeanor lend to a wonderful working relationship and helped to bring some calm and understanding to the overwhelming process of stucco remediation. I had hired Michael to help us with a stucco situation on our new home! I was extremely pleased and I would not go with ANYONE else in the future. He is extremely knowledgeable and over and above a true PROFESSIONAL. He helped us through out the remediation process and if it wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t be in our new home. He is truly an asset! I highly recommend Mike after working with him on two projects at my house. First, he performed an initial stucco inspection and second, he inspected the remediation work involving a complete EIFS installation. It was a pleasure working with Mike as he is very knowledgeable, honest, punctual and a good communicator.
