The Radiation Oncology department is the most toxic culture I have had the misfortune of working in. If you're ambitious and passionate about helping patients, there are far better options out there. Don't let your talent and energy be wasted here.
The staff is efficient and caring, and the radiology equipment is leading edge. I can’t imagine a more pleasant experience under the circumstances.
