I found Dr Alvarez to be caring, professional, knowledgeable, and very patient focused. I think he is a fantastic physician. I highly recommend him
Incredibly rude receptionist/staff. Canceled previously schedule meeting for no reason and was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me speak.
Dr. Alvarez was my pcp. He prescribed pills for insomnia that didn’t need to be taken every day. I had a follow-up question and his staff insisted that I needed to take them every day. I told them that the doctor said that was not the case and that we had a conversation about this specific aspect but I never heard back either way. I had to confirm it with a different doctor. He was on vacation the last 3 times I needed to see a doctor which meant I had to see other doctors, including a walk-in clinic doctor that misdiagnosed... read more
