Dr marmer and his staff are caring, concerned for patient welfare, friendly and most importantly...competent. Payson is fortunate to have such high level medical care.
The office staff is kind, efficient and compassionate. Dr Marmer is an expert in his field and answered all our questions in detail. He was professional and personable.
DOESN'T CARE, NO BEDSIDE MANNER, HAD POSTDATE PROBLEM HAD CT SCAN SHOWED MASS ON BLADDER MARMER NEVER READ 4 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING FROM BANNER I WENT AND GOT COPY AND TOOK IT TO HIS OFFICE AND THEN HE ACTED LIKE HE READ IT AND TOOK IT BEHIND THE WALL AND TRIED CIRCLING IT WHILE IN HIS HAND AT THAT POINT I SAID I'M OUT OF HERE AND HEADED TO THE VALLEY WHICH I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME
A terrific, kind and caring staff. Unfortunately, he is not. He is the only urologist in Payson. If you can, find someone to help you out in the Phoenix Valley.
Dr. Marmer did a great job on my enlarged prostate problem. The surgery went extremely well and the recovery couldn't have been better. Guys, don't fear this procedure; it's a game-changer.
Very kind and willing to be there. Made me feel at ease and confident about what he was going to do. I had had a very bad experience 22 yrs ago and now I was having to have the same procedure done and was afraid that the same thing would happen again. I was assured that it would not and they were right. I was so happy and full of joy at the outcome.
The office people were better and nicer than almost any I have ever been to.
I waited two months for an appointment. Once my appointment time arrived, he seemed disengaged with my care, even as a new patient. After 5 months of working with him, I was no better off than when I started. When I expressed concern, I was told by the staff "he's the only urologist in town", which I took as I could take it or leave it. I will not return.
Absolutely YES !!!! Dr Marmer is AWESOME !! He has saved my husbands life twice & his kind and caring spirit has helped & continues to help us through some very difficult times.
