Professional, took his time and answered every question I had patiently. The staff were all friendly.
I was quite nervous for my first colonoscopy . Dr. Fuhrman was very professional made me feel at ease. The entire staff is A+.
Just know that Summit Health, in general, only cares about how many patients they can see and how much money they can make in a given time frame. It's a business model not a medical model. Their patient rep department (we care, not) is a joke. They don't call back. And if they do, they're powerless and they don't followup. The doctors don't answer their messages or call back patients in a timely manner, even if you're really ill, because they're not reimbursed for that. Dr. Fuhrman is by far the best doctor I ever had. He is very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I have been his patient for years and highly recommend him as a gastro specialist.
I like the doctor. The staff can give you an ulcer if you already don’t have one. They are too rushed ... when you comment forget it... they don’t call you back no matter how many times you call. In fact , I think they punish you for calling. If the tests are in 2.5 weeks later they should courtesy call you. Geeezzzeee TUDE doctors lose patients for this ... it’s a business! I’m a customer
