Ideal for Out of State Homebuyers - More than just a Real Estate Agent - We knew we wanted to buy in The Grand for several years and were just waiting for the right home. It is hard to condense my phenomenal review of Michael Adelmann as a realtor into just a few sentences! As a single woman, it was a bit daunting to consider buying my first home alone. But Michael was so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful - he made the process smooth and seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better advocate and expert in the home-buying process. I recommend him without hesitation! Anyone who has the opportunity to work with Michael will be in great hands.

Michael was an amazing agent to work with. He went above and beyond to make the process of selling my dad's home as seamless as possible. Thank you Michael for everything and getting full price was more than we could have expected.

We listed our Sun City West home with Michael while we were still in Canada. Unable to be in SCW while the property was listed, presented its share of challenges. However, Michael either handled the issue himself, or found a professional who could solve the problem. Throughout the process, Michael kept us informed and always returned our calls promptly. He made difficult situation much easier. I would recommend Michael wholeheartedly. Carey and Don Gill Vancouver Island
