He is kind, professional and so knowledgeable; he personally called me with results of a test that I was worried about as soon as the results were in. And his staff is very caring and helpful as well.

I switched my Urologist to Dr. Feuerstein after my doctor didn't communicate with me after three tests that showed cell, issues and a pancreas concern. Dr F reviewed all my tests as my new doctor but he also looked at the more serious CT scan and told me that what I had was fairly common and not serious but said Dr. Kauvar is the expert and that I should get the digital image of the CT scan. I went to show Dr. Feuerstein and he said I dont have any issues. I consulted another doctor after him and the other doctor gave me a much different diagnosis which was much severe. The other doctor was very comprehensive in his report. On the contrary, Dr. Feuerstein did not even share an X-Ray/Ultrasound/MRI images with me and my final report was basically typed in plain english much of which was what I said. I have seen doctor Feuerstein twice now and I could not disagree with the comment left by one patient that his bedside manner is terrible. He has explained everything to me in simple easy to understand language and has only shown kindness and compassion in speaking with him. I trust him 100% and have nothing bad to say about him, his staff or offices.

Dr. Feuerstein, a top urologist, a perfectionist, with exceptional quality for detail, personal kindness and someone who cares deeply for his patients made the treatment we received a thankfully positive experience. We could not have wished for better results for which we are endlessly grateful.

I would not recommend Dr. Feuerstein. He has terrible bedside manner — he was very condescending and did not offer to explain anything. The office is also quite dirty and decrepit.
