Dr Michael Traub is not a reliable person you can’t rely on him in time of your health or most needed time , he will ignore your calls and behave he never knew you . So sad he traumatized for not calling me I felt neglected and more depressed. After calls several times to his office , they said he is there but he won’t answer or call you back after 3 to 4 different separate calls in about 9 days. He select whoever he want to reply it treat . What a Dr.
I love Dr Traub but his staff have been holding my valid refills hostage for two weeks. I have called nearly every day trying to get them to just send it to my pharmacy. They had the nerve to contact me via My Chart (a completely useless website) to say they don't have a pharmacy on file for me. Of corse they do. They have had the same pharmacy for two years. Then obviously, radio silence. I am completely out of my prescription and starting to feel the effects of not taking it. This is not even the first time they have done ... read more
