VERY unprofessional. THE STRATA hired then to do the work for our complex in Maple ridge and they also offered to clean the duct in the inside unit. Waited for the whole day to just got an email from the secretary at the end of the day that they are not servicing our units because they run behind. The secretary has the audacity to say we maybe not coming back. Not the type of business you want to to deal with. No respect, no accountability.

Today we had Dryer duct cleaning in our building. The service was exceptional. Jitin really saved the day and Colson was great too. Super fast friendly above and beyond service. Highly recommend. Thank you again.
