Huge shoutout to the team from Michael A. Smith Duct Cleaning - Jitin, Jot, Chase, and Rowan! They did an amazing job cleaning the ducts in our high-rise condos. Our elevators were down this week, and they still heroically carried all their equipment up and down more than 40 floors. Honestly, their attitude and work ethic blew us away. I would like to sincerely thank Jitin, Chase and Jot for coming by today and doing such a superb job with dryer duct cleaning. They were polite and professional. When I mentioned that my dryer hasn't worked in the past two year, they kindly offered to take a look and see what the issue might is. Not only were they able to figure out what was wrong but they somehow got the thing fixed. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond.
Liam and his helper were amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. Very detail oriented. They cleaned up all the little bit of mess that came out of the vents. So glad we had them come clean out our ducts. Thank you!
The staff are efficient and very accommodating. I'm not sure if I got the names right but shoutout to RJ and Roji to helping me out and coming to my suite earlier so that I could leave for work!
Jamie was great as outdoor vent cleaner. Ahmed and Ben were great as indoors dryer and vent cleaner. All spent time answering my questions as to the process, importance, and preventing problems. Good info to pass to strata council as we discussed indoor dryer vent cleaning which can prevent lint buildup, fan failure, moisture on ceiling, fire.
