I found Dr. Ruiz to be prompt, knowledgeable, articulate, and friendly. He took his time in examining and conversing with me before making his diagnosis. He was clear in explaining the diagnosis as well as his recommendation for treatment. His office was very nice, clean and orderly. His staff was friendly and professional. I recommend Dr. Ruiz at the highest level.
I would like to thank Dr. Ruiz and his staff for getting me in at the last minute. I really did not expect the results. We were traveling to our son's wedding via Erie to Annapolis. I was hardly able to walk and was referred to Lake Erie Podiatry. He was professional and thorough, diagnosed my problem and treated it agressively. We got to the wedding in Maryland, and starting at the rehearsal dinner, right down to the goodbyes..I was on my feet without pain. I danced at my baby's wedding thanks to Dr. Ruiz.
Dr. Ruiz is a true professional. I went to him for the laser treatment and it has been quite successful. He has been patient with me and wants me to be satisfied with my results. When I first came to him and spent a good amount of money for this treatment I was worried not knowing what it would entail but he has made it worth every penny that I have spent. I would recommend his services to anyone!
