Great customer service. We had hail damage to our siding last year. They made the process of replacement very easy and smooth.
The McGuire agency has been exceptional on service every time we contact them! Jim,Mike and Sandy have really been our team of exceptional professionals.
This agency seems to only care about the sales process and maintaining their ongoing cash flows from existing customers. As a former long term employee of Nationwide and a retiree, this is not how the company wants their agents to behave. Nationwide is a great insurer, but I would use another agency to purchase their products and services.
Highly recommended! My family has been w/The McGuire Agency for over 35 years now for all of our insurance needs. Everyone is professional and responsive. I cannot thank Jim enough for his assistance with a recent claim, he understood the issue and advocated strongly on my behalf. Jim was in constant communication and even presented several alternatives in case the outcome was unfavorable. Thankfully the outcome was in my favor which I'm sure this was due to Jim's diligence.
