First he not so subtly quizzed me about certain aspects of a disorder I told him I was diagnosed with, as if I were lying about having it. The questions he asked were completely unrelated to my problem. Then he couldn't be bothered to really investigate what was going on with me, and after a single x-ray told me that nothing was wrong and there was nothing that could be done by anyone. As always fantastic... My only issue is the kiosk... Delays patient getting signed in without assistance from the front desk ladies. Otherwise 10*

My sister has been a patient of Dr. McKay for years. He has performed four Orthopedic procedures on her. My family, my sister and I are very displeased with him and his staff. He shows zero concern for her. The staff will not return phone calls and treat us like trash. My sister suffers from severe pain. She is in assisted living where she is medically supervised and does not have an opportunity for misuse of pain medications. Dr. McKay refuses to prescribe pain medication.
