Huge Help! I hired Mr. Kaufman to handle a Chapter 13 case for me. I had a car with too much equity in it to keep it safe in a Chapter 7. He talked to all of my creditors and really stood up for me with their demands. He was also very helpful with my case Trustee and showed some real backbone when she attempted to ridicule him. I very much trusted him and it paid off very well for me. Due to his help, I was able to get my life back on track and have a fresh start.

Highly Recommend I had never worked with an attorney before, so when Michael Kaufman was recommended to me I decided to follow up with him about my case. He really came to the rescue when the bank was trying to foreclose on my house. He got most of my debt eliminated, I was able to keep my home, and my monthly payments were back down to something I could feasibly afford. Very Helpful Mr. Kaufman was very helpful reviewing our financial records & helping my wife & I decide that bankruptcy would actually help us in the long run. We had tremendous financial difficulty that built up over the years, things just kept piling up and we really didn't know what to do anymore.
