Dear Dr Jacob's I was a first time patient of yours 1 or 2 years ago...when I had my first appointment with you, It was outstanding. I loved you and found you as a very credible doctor. Dr Jacobs, Dr Tom Larkin and their team of Angels: Sharon, Barbara, and Sara all are accomodating, consdirate, efficient and acknowledge the patient/family member at appointments. WE are always greeted with smiles from docs and their angels! It matters when the medical team shows their compassion to the elderly, because they grew up in a different era than now. :) Thank you! I beg to differ with all those who have written bad reviews because they have bad experiences with his office staff. First, he is the best urologist I have ever had. He is courteous, considerate, studies his patient files, and deals with my issues appropriately. He asks intelligent questions and answers mine to my satisfaction. As for his staff, I have found them all to be easy to deal with, helpful, and courteous.
