We three generations brag about how they met my 97-year-old mother at the top of the ramp. On short notice we were skillfully, quickly rescued and taken from pain, traveling from Cheboygan, Gaylord, and Boyne Falls. This doc explains better than any; and since we pay cash, doc and staff respectfully detail options. Nothing has ever been painful. Each is patient, solicitous - sincerely wishing the best for now hospice mum!
By far the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. They used to do good work. I went to them for tooth pain and it was discovered I needed a root canal. There was a snafu with my insurance so they said I had to wait for that to clear up. Once it did, I tried to schedule the appointment and they refused to do it. Sent me to an endodontist. I expressed displeasure at being made to wait for no reason, since they initially told me they would do the procedure and then refused.
