The experience was very positive from the reception through to the examination. Any questions that I had were answered. All in all Kaiser did fine work again.

Unfortunately we had an Audio not video call, and I found Dr. Alan very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We talked for around 15 minutes about my Kidney stones and how to get rid of them. Based on his explanations, we agreed upon the treatment he suggested. I truly appreciate the quality time i spent with him.
