Long over due! I hired Mr Delakas a few years back on a DUI case that my assigned public defender swore up and down that I could get no better than a guilty plea and take what was being offered. Well that wasn't true. He fought by my side for a couple years till it was dropped to an infraction or "impaired" that won my case. A++ lawyer that I hope to never need again but would not hesitate to call if needed. Thanks once again Mr Delakas!!
