Dr. Cottone takes the time to listen and talk to his patients. That means alot.
Literally, a great doctor. He is very knowledgeable,and if he doesn't know something, he will go and look it up. A valuable trait for a doctor. Only posting this because it's a shame to have him at 3 stars as a Google rating. He deserves more than that.
