My wife and I needed a replacement stone wall and new driveway. We received 4 quotes. Michael A. Contracting was in the middle of $$ quotes but the confidence the owners (husband/wife) gave us to get the job done right was solid. They were absolutely on schedule and produced a tremendous finished product. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend for stonework & asphalt.
Typical Nightmare when dealing with a Contractor - I was referred to him despite the awful yelp, google and Angie List Reviews. This Review is long over-due from October of last year. I was approached by a company who gave me a great price and told me that they would have extra on sale Asphalt for the month of October. 1.) He took a month to finally get me a price. Michael does fantastic work. He did a full driveway replacement at my home in North Salem, NY with extensive excavating and stone wall construction along with Belgian block apron and edging. He’s creative, hard working and trustworthy. I have referred him to many friends who have also been very happy with his work.
