Is there an actual Dr Blum? Or is this a fictional character? Never seen him, all you see is these nurse practitioners. Would love to see a REAL doctor. I’m sure I’m getting charged doctor prices. If you are sick or something is wrong, appointments are a month away, so I hope it’s not serious. They ask for that co-pay like they’re thirsty, walk in with your cash or card IN HAND, that how quick they ask for it (rude)
Went here today as a new patient. Due to a afternoon thunderstorm I really couldn't see the names on the door. So I sat in my truck. However only being late by 10 minutes sitting in the parking lot I called I was told if I wasn't in the office by 2 minutes or she could of said ten it sounded like two.They would have to cancel my appointment and reschedule me. The worst service, my son requires the doctor to complete and sign a form that Medicaid requires to complete the application for LTC. Long term care ,and is very important for us the doctor complete the form,my son is disabled. I have 8 days to leave the form that Medicaid sends for the doctor to complete and sign. Every time I call or go to the Port Saint Lucie office, they ask me what the form is for. We explain and they tell us they will call us, but we get no answer. Staff was friendly, down hill after that. waited 45 minutes, no introduction, pompous, never looked at me for a health and wellness checkup. Nurse took my blood pressure. Thanks for nothing.
