I dealed with this office 5 years ago and it was fine but this time it was absolutely awful. What a big mistake!! Never again!! Instructions not followed properly, waited until the day.before closing to sign papers and.closed at the very last minute on closing day. We had to tie up his loose ends 2 months later.
Terrible to deal with, the basics are a struggle for anyone who works in this office.
Chris always makes time for questions and clarifications, very thorough and straightforward when explaining legal processes in plain terms. Has always been helpful and and polite when dealing with my family and I.
