Very, very good at what he does. Like many surgeons, long on skill & knowledge, short on bedside manner. But I'd rather have a well-mended broken femur than a fuzzy hug any day. You're in excellent care with Dr. Billow. By the way, his staff has lovely bedside manner, esp. Nurse Nancy.
